composer global require laravel/installer Not Working | Error SOLVED

Can you suggest any other package for creating web installer in laravel project.

Hi sir I'm trying to install laravel but when I enter global command and project name its shows would you like to install starter kit? Please guide me . Thanks

Cannot use laravel/installer's latest version v5.0.1 as it requires php ^8.1 which is not satisfied by your platform. this is coming and i cannnot solve it any way
