Damned if you do damned I you don't. Que Sera Sera
ОтветитьThanks for reviewing the film.
ОтветитьMaking my comment/review before watching yours.. or reading any of the comments.., my wife and I thoguht the movie was smart and hilarious.., we laughed with Matt Walsh, while laughing at the hucksters who peddle the racism crap, and the rubes who eat the cr*p sandwich then ask for seconds..., now, let's hear what you have to say...
ОтветитьMatt Walsh, despite his views on video games, is so based.
The movie was excellent. It had great pacing and good high energy music to help the story move along. I appreciated how the movie had a clear direction and it wasn't just your average conservative rant. Matt stayed on topic and I loved that because it made the movie much more accessible for anyone.
There was a clear point to the film, and that point wasn't just to embarrass or upset people. In my opinion, the people he embarrassed the most were the ones who deserved it the most.
To be real, when Matt was attending interviews and seminars, he was actually asking very thoughtful questions. For 90% of it, the only thing that made his questions cringey was that no one is used to being asked these things or seeing people ask these things. We're conditioned to kind of just accept this stuff. So Matt is challenging these instructors in a way they're not used to being challenged and that makes them uncomfortable. It's really fascinating to see.
The Race 2 Dinner and Robin DeAngelo scenes were absolutely chef's kiss.
When he interviewed a lot of normal people, it was really touching to see their thoughts about this stuff.
It was damn funny. It wasn't a whole theatre and we were all kind of clustered together which I thought was cute, but we laughed so much. Damn you, Matt, I gotta give it to you, you're a funny guy.
The most painful part in my opinion is when he runs his own DEI seminar. Oh my god, it was pure torture. But the resolution was done really well.
It’s was so funny I loved it
ОтветитьFair review that's pretty similar to how Jeremy Jahns handled his review of this
ОтветитьI love Matt’s dry humor. He is an absolute master of deadpan. His “What is a Woman” was hilarious and enlightening. He has learned from that and made an even better movie this time. Honestly, the woke cannot do humor because they simply take themselves too seriously. They do not want laughs, they want affirmation. Matt honestly does not care about that and this is his secret weapon.
ОтветитьI am still stunned people actually picked up a whip from the box
ОтветитьIt was god awful and unwatchable
ОтветитьI love Matt Walsh. My son and I watch his show together. We really enjoyed What is a Woman and we were excited when we found out he was making a movie that would be in the theaters and troll anti racist ideology. I loved it. ❤
ОтветитьI went from mildly amused to holding my sides and cheeks hurting as the movie progressed! Well done!
ОтветитьI laughed so hard ; it was amazing
ОтветитьGreat stuff, man. We'll be posting our review this week!
ОтветитьI was on the theater floor laughing. Amazing movie absolutely hilarious
ОтветитьYou deserve more subscribers, i like the film , It's Absurd yes . I really like you film to : Thanks
ОтветитьWas one of the best theater experiences I’ve had this year, half crowd capacity and a handful of walkouts but those who stayed were bursting out laughing throughout.
Not the biggest fan of Matt Walsh, but appreciated it as a doc experiment and the commentary
This was a good unbiased review, which is always hard when dealing with a political commentator’s work. I haven’t seen it, but I’m leaning towards giving it a watch after seeing a couple of (brave) positive reviews.
(If Matt Walsh wanted to really disguise himself, he could have just shaved his beard. No one would have recognized him then!)
So, if I don’t enjoy the Borat type of humor, I probably won’t enjoy this either?
ОтветитьGreat review but you didn't answer the question. Are you racist?
ОтветитьThe message will get lost because the movie is fan service. It may be good fan service. Walsh's prank may even make good points and highlight some compelling insights. But this movie is made for people who already agree with the premise that DEI/woke stuff is bad/stupid.
ОтветитьTrailer I saw, dinner scene was obviously staged.
ОтветитьI thought overall it was very good. I think everyone should go see it. The DEI industry is definitely a scam !
ОтветитьOne thing I love about the Washington momument part is that its just him, a white man whining about all this racism while Ben, the black guy just stands there silently and holds the sign😂
ОтветитьVey brave 😅
ОтветитьIt’s not just right wingers who find glee in skewering these people. It’s also disaffected liberals like me, who resent the hijacking of the left by extremists who are opposed to every liberal value. Liberals don’t support silencing people, we value free speech, and we oppose highlighting race to the detriment of individuality.
ОтветитьGreat movie!
ОтветитьThe ppl who arent gunna like it wouldnt have no matter what- so why not push the boundary?😂
ОтветитьYou need to give an example of where he pushed the boundry too far. I didn't get that at all.
ОтветитьThis is definitely better than what is a woman.
ОтветитьScary funny movie!
ОтветитьCan people watch this outside of the US? Desperately want to watch it but can’t 🥲
ОтветитьComing from someone who isn’t a republican, this movie was freakin amazing!
ОтветитьComing from someone who isn’t a republican, this movie was freakin amazing!
ОтветитьJesse lee peterson for president
ОтветитьIs it well put together?
ОтветитьWhat a amazing movie
ОтветитьSaw it twice (with two different people). I think people who don't have their minds made up going in will find it hilarious - especially people who are tired of human resource meetings.
ОтветитьFantastic film
ОтветитьThose boundaries you're talking about were true to form. He was "in character" acting JUST as the real Dead Ended Ideas people act! This movie is the funniest offering in quite a while!!! Thumbs up-to infinity and beyond😂👍
ОтветитьOh that toupee he wears He's like a politically correct Norman Bates.😅
ОтветитьButthead???? You're a tool.
ОтветитьBeing afraid to tell your opinion is truly scary. We need Trump back btw
ОтветитьOnly the mentally ill weirdos will be mad at you. But then again, who cares what they think. They’re obviously very confused individuals
ОтветитьYes, it was good. It was funny. I think it was great . Best of all it embarrassed DEI grifters.
ОтветитьPinko-communism is ALWAYS bullshyt. The DEI shytlickers can all GO TO HELL.
ОтветитьA piece of trash calling out other pieces of trash? Haven’t seen it, but I will probably find it funny. Thing is both Matt and the people he is targeting are making the world kinda suck…
ОтветитьI see you're liberal
ОтветитьSaw it. Liked it. Could have been edited some
ОтветитьGood film....I think I saw too many spoilers before going so I knew the movie before seeing.
