Mobility in Medieval Plate Armor/ Armour

Yeah right they probably had all modifications we put on todays armour back in medieval time like modern screws that todays enthusiast put so that armour can support their whish theories you can fool them but not me this is not medieval armour its armour built today that has modifications armours back than didnt had

Plate armor is designed to essentially be scales. If you look at most reptilian creatures, you can see that they have scales but move extreme flexibility. that’s what armor is meant to be

these are all "see how strong and mobile I am..." and the examples are 60 seconds or less. Imagine this on you for 8-12 hours a day and then do those examples.

A soldier of modern warfare in full equipment carries about 30 kg. this is about the same or even more than these medieval armors weigh. We are not taking into account those who instead of a light rifle have a machine gun or a large-caliber sniper rifle, which can weigh tens of kilograms by itself. A backpack of a tourist going on a multi-day hike weighs 30+ kg.
Why are we not surprised that a trained modern warrior runs with his equipment, we see that a modern tourist walks tens of kilometers with such a load on rough terrain and assume that a medieval warrior will need help?

I think the whole "heavy and immobile" armor stigma was from the time when guns were getting common on the battlefield. They tried to make armor more and more resistant to gunfire and it eventually became too heavy.
