Hopefully Mike saw this. I know he appreciates people enjoying his music.

What a dreadfully boring video. Really goes to showcase how bad and overrated LP is.

He knew not to come in too crazy, even though the music seemed like it was building to some kind of heavy guitar at the start. Damn.

Rhe way he realized it was the chorus after it started and still made it sound like he meant to do it😮😮

Played way off tempo with a simple 4 on the floor beat over the worlds most predictable pop rock song and then spouts spiritual drivel and saying he has the power of god for the other 6 mins. I can see why everyone is impressed by this guy.

I like his style but it's a pop rock song, he's giving it too much complexity

I can relate with his process for writing drums or covering songs by other artist. Listen listen listen, practice practice practice, and be in the moment.

It's really encouraging to hear he cant read or write music. Ive been a drummer for 15 years and still cant read or write drum music parts. I've felt like it was a serious disadvantage compared to others who could. I never had a teacher. I used to only listen to tracks and try to match the beat. I would match whatever the drummer of that song was doing. It's still a favorite way for me to practice. It's awesome that he has been successful all these years in following that same path!

Watching a bunch of Chad Smith and then Johnathan just shows the difference in the music they play. Chad instinctively goes hard and over plays and Johnathan is so soft as he plays...kinda jazzy
