They should have chosen you instead for “Very Short Treks”. Seriously, that series is a hand grenade thrown into a crowd of fans by people who don’t care about Star Trek, only their own agendas.

I love how the borg cube was pink!!! One of the guys working on the original animated series was color-blind and there were regular things miscolored pink.

I did not like the purple Borg, However, still loved it.

I have been a Star Trek Fan since 1969 (watching reruns at 7 years old)...when the animated series came out on Saturday mornings when I was 12, I was excited..it was exactly like the old Star Trek...the voices, characters, everything...I now own the limited edition set of the animated series in a designed plastic capsule...This Next Generation version (using voices from an actual episode) is a identical to the animation of Filmation..the style, movement of characters, the music, and the artwork!!! I wish they would make more Star Trek TNG in this style with new original stories...I would watch every episode!!!

As I said on the Voyager video, how the heck did I go an entire year without seeing this great stuff? Very excellent.

Paramount should have seriously pursued animated Trek shows as far back as the 1980s, put real money into it, and eventually had things like anime' based shows and specials. It would have worked. the fan base would have supported this tremendously. It didn't have to boil down to the semi-satire of Lower Decks.

Very, very cool! An excellent job well done! Now, please ask comics publisher IDW if they'd allow you to animate their small 4-5 issues if I recall right The Transformers (G1) vs Star Trek in comics crossover series. That'd be quite awesome if one day you all weren't too busy to and were willing to do so. If need be then permissions be damned! Not that I want any people to get into any legal troubles for what I'd really like to see. Copyright laws and all that. I understand. I don't like it if you guys can't animate that for the time being, if at all. However, I do understand.

This is a fun little romp of an animation conversion, but im confused why the borg (both ship and drones) was purple instead of green. Why choose purple when borg are established with a green color pallet ?
