Getting rid of annoying popup on Samsung Smart UHD tv Series 6

If you don't have the ''expert settings'' option, go onto settings, scroll down to ''support'' then scroll down again to ''Use mode'' and put your settings to ''Home use''.

I Tried it this way and then the messaged popped back up. Made it work better by doing this. If you want a true black screen with thunder and rain etc.. sounds then, Go to settings then Accessibility and then picture mode off. It leaves a true black screen with no pop up and when you are ready to watch regular tv you just hit any button on the tv remote to get it back on. True black screen not a gray one.

I did it and it worked for 2 days but then those settings keep popping up more often, can you help me?
