Just sms “stop” back. Worked for me

You can also just text the number you're getting the notifications from and give it up to 5 minutes, but you should get a text back saying SMS notifications are now off.

grrr, they took away profile information option. I need to find contact info but where is it now?

Profile information isn’t in the audience in visibility section anymore what do I do
