When ever u have your arm like ur going to do crickets is ur elbow under your body or to the side ? Bc wen I try to do a cricket I can’t figure out y my arm keeps slipping out from under me…

Also get what we used to call "Spin Shirts". Any athletic shirt with like an under armor texture, doesnt have to be spandex or tight, just slick mesh. Better option for the summer so you don't look like a suicide bomber.

I've researched many different forms of windmills including my own technique and learned MANY different kinds including this one. By far, this was difficult but worth the effort of 5 days to learn for me.

It's super fun to do and I have watched over 100 other videos on how to do the windmill and you are the only person that I learned it from. Thanks so much I also got to be the lead in a hip hop dance and I got to do the windmill also .
