So
I completed jumping jacks yeay
I did wall sit for only 20sec😢
Frst I strtd with jumping jacks but after 7 only have to do the modified version
Glute bridges was pretty easy for me
Mtn climbing was always nrml not too tough
This tym I completed my wall sit yeayy
Jumping jacks again 10 after tht modified version
Thnqq 😁
Day two completed…it was the jumping squats that had me out of breath

Ответить05/09/2023 6 weeks postpartum❤ I had a hard time doing the jumping squats but I finished the rest pretty well. Keep going!! My glute and legs are on fire 😂
