that looks painful even with local anes 😭
ОтветитьNice video! My one critique is never let go of the wire. Hasn't happened to me yet, but apparently it can get sucked in under hyperdynamic states. That's a call to IR I think everyone would want to avoid!
ОтветитьVery knowledgable vedieo thank for this chanel
ОтветитьPretty good demonstration ❤
ОтветитьExplain the landmarks and from which point needle to be introduced
ОтветитьWhere to direct the tip of needle
ОтветитьThat was awesome
ОтветитьIts interesting that you do not use a biopatch or a two step dilation. The bleeding seemed very well controlled regardless. I usually do a 2 step so its interesting to see it done another way.
ОтветитьCould you tell me what drape you use during this procedure?
ОтветитьGood. I have done this hundreds of times and never used US. Zero problems and no complications.
ОтветитьFrumos
ОтветитьTanks for the video ❤
ОтветитьThanks for this form Jammu & Kashmir india 🇮🇳
ОтветитьShould never let go of the wire !
Ответитьthere are air bubbles in the syringes
ОтветитьVery informative but now i feel so weak
ОтветитьNo biopatch?
ОтветитьI think it remains to be seen when the physicians will start to stop suturing the site and use adhesives or subcutaneous securement devices as part of the CLABSI prevention bundle. Suturing should be banned at all cost.
ОтветитьThis is one of the best CVC line tutorials I have seen!
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьThat's not how you apply the second, smaller IV dressing... it goes under the access port(s)
ОтветитьI had one of these put it when I was in hospital, really cool to see how it was done, as a bystander!
ОтветитьIs the patient okay? Hope he is healthy now😭
ОтветитьI had that done in the Er cuz i had COVID and the nurse kept on pushing fluids through the veins. It was painful.
ОтветитьThe best the best
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention that the catheter needs to be flushed with saline prior to insertion
ОтветитьWhat is the length of your catheters? Anytime i cannulate a right jugular vein i usually stop at the 15cm mark.
ОтветитьHe let go of the wire 😶
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьNice and very useful
ОтветитьNo imaging seen after line placement - misplacement, kinking, etc. The line looks too far in.
ОтветитьThanks a lot. This video is very informative. I hope that your patient has recovered then from his illness.
ОтветитьAs I am studying about CVC specifically for the internal jugular vein, I did not expect a video from my home CZ to pop up! <3
ОтветитьThis is probably the best central line videos out there. Thanks for the video, it is very valuable.
ОтветитьOne of the best videos of central venous line 🙏🏻
