Flipping cars. So many people sell cars at junk prices because it has a check engine light and it turns out to be a cheap and easy fix. Then you flip it for sometimes 3 times as much and you move on to the next one

I started in 2015 still going strong. Currently looking at my second property purchase. Only thing I pay on my house is taxes and utilities which amount for less than $3500 per year. How bad you want success will determine how successful you are if you are happy making $50,000 a year there's nothing to be ashamed of in that but I'm about to put in this overtime.😅

Tried this. Went to a bunch of charity shops, scanned hella items, found great deals and bought all of them, listed them all up on eBay with good pictures, and none of them got a click let alone sold. Gathered all the items up (mainly books, board games, and toys) and went to my local library to offer it to them for free. They said no. I got fed up and put them outside some bins near my house and they were gone the next day. At least the binmen valued it 🎉
