What happens to LinkedIn Reposts and Shares if you delete your original LinkedIn content?

I have a question, what if your connections liked or commented on the repost? Would it be attributed to the original author or to you? If after sometime, you are to delete the repost, will the original author lose the likes and comments on your repost? Or will it still be arttibuted to them?
