How to AUTOMATICALLY Delete Selected Discord Messages

Does this bot only delete text based chat only ? Can it also delete other types of chat like pictures, videos, songs and emebeds etc. ?

I shall certainly be taking a look at this, young sir, as I detest Discord! 💩 I'm getting loads of messages from Discord, informing me that I've received messages, and I can never find any mention of my name, no matter which area of the Discord Server that I'm looking on. 😉
