Fuuuuuuuuuuudge your wind NC tip might have saved my life!!!

I have been using the previous model the XM3 for a few years now and find them excellent. The only issue I've found is if left uncharged for prolonged period they need a soft or hard reset to become responsive again the XM4 may also have this issue so be aware of this. I have had no issues with mark's or scratches on my light grey XM3s. Sony may use cheaper plastics on the XM4s.

My NC mic in my right ear went TU. Warranty only for one year. 😢 constant squeal from right side. Garbage.

Extra tip/trick: For volume control you can swipe and hold to increase/decrease volume more. Saves you swiping multiple times!

I can’t find this anywhere unless I’m missing it, but my proximity sensor is not working at all. Even when I’m in the app it says it should pause when taken off and turn off after a while.
