The controller isnt working

First off thanks for the video, secondly I've successfully added game pass and can navigated the menu using my steam deck controls, but when in game they don't work. Anyone else run into this issue?

FYI I copied the code from the web page.

It isn’t working for me. When I run Microsoft edge it just opens two windows. One saying “run/“ and the other saying com.microsoft.Edge. Can somebody help me out?

I did this and it still says no controller detected when I go into a game

When I installed Microsoft edge KDE wallet Service pops up but it still launched the browser

Will I be able to access my already bought Xbox games library on the steam deck and play my saved game data on the steam deck ??

Just wondering how to use the on-screen keyboard. When I press ‘steam’ and X it acts as if it is there but I can’t see it

just a heads up i followed everything to exactly how it was done in the video and when i went to run in steam nothing would happen. I went back and looked at everything and the original line of code in the launch options has a bunch of quotations in my steam deck that arent shown in his video. I deleted al the quotations and now it works perfectly. Thank you for the video

What does it mean to launch command after the @:? Do I need to add the @: characters and then paste the code?

but its only 30 fps, doesnt matter which game… any help?

To anyone wondering why it isn't wondering anymore, paste the launch command after like this "@@" ---window-size. Since a recent update, valve seems to be using double quotes for file directories (it could be a change that originated in arch main line) With this change, it should work flawless. Maybe Alex will see this and update it.

My brother before coming across your video I had spent (no joke) approx 13 hours trying to do this. I factory reset and tried your method and within 10 minute had the whole thing set up. Hats off to you🫡

Great tutorial as I just got my first Steam Deck OLED. My only problem is that the controls don’t work at all when I launch Gamepass. the mouse works, but nothing else. I keep getting “Controller not connected” warning when I try to launch a game :(

Why do I have 2 Parsed files of the same game when adding to Ryujinx and sometimes other emulators? It's like there are 2 copies in the Library.

For some reason after i paste i cant get the space after the @ sign before the dashes do i need to be using external keyboards? This is driving me crazy just got my steam deck today! But it looks like he’s doing it from the system and i try the obvios solution which is to pull-up the keyboard and press space but that doesn’t work when i close the keyboard its the same plz help!!!

I have added “gamepass” to steam, but when i open it in game mode it just brings me right back to steam. any ideas?

this doees not wokr on the new steam deck oled instead of the @@ you have "" at the end and when you launch edge it gives you page cant be displayed.
