Ответить370 days later and I’ve completed your 60 day program Heather! Thank you so much. Took me a while because of the length of the workouts. Doing shorter workouts in between I’m excited for the new 2.0 30 min workouts. Thank you for all you provide for us. I love the strength I’ve gained and feel better than I did for a while.

ОтветитьAwesome work out!! Maybe just a suggestion. Begin cool down with a small stroll that way we don’t come to an immediate stop from activity. I’m still huffing and puffing sometimes when we begin our stretch. Just my 2 cents. Otherwise, more strength sessions please!! ❤️
