I installed wp-rollback and rolled back contactfrom 7 to version 5.0.5
Tab will show.
pretty crappy fix but hey,.. better than spam

Thank you so much, you forgot to say that the user must install Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2 plugin in order to be able to configure the form...

READ before you have problems......with the google codes, you no longer need the plug-in. It will in fact not work, google does all the spam review. Your contact from will give error if you install a plug-in and these codes. Get google code, activate and nothing more to do.
