what to do to increase retention

1. results, you deliver the result that client wants
2. raport and relationship, have system and SOP for building rapport for client, in place and call your client as "freind"
3. set the right expectation for your client thaat this doesnt happen overnight, they also need to know that they have to do a lot of work themself

what you can work on to increase retention

1. think and do differently, most bussiness has been with an agency before, you have to differentiate yourself and not have to be compare to competitiors, we are not agency we are results drive, we are not markerter but wr are probleem solver, client paid you to get to the next level and grow their bussiness, improve their bussiness, save theirr operation time not to get leads. more frequent support, client dont want to be left in the dark they have to be able to reach out to you ( increase your support touchpoints ) support need to be a want, do innovation, try to actually improve, try to be different, try to actually imrpive, try to be better, hse different system technique strategy to improve

2. education, most of clients arent a very good bussiness owner, it is our responsibility to not only help with markerting but actually witg a the other aspect of bussiness sales automations, operation, content creation etc
3. support, the more frequent and human your support/communicatuin id, the more client will appreciate
4. innovation
5. speed, the faster you can get things done, the higher your retention rate: quick results, quick onboarding, quick support,

the golden retentuon stsrategy
1. give education, coaching and training, it should be mandatory to implement what is discussing in the training, get our client from the comfort zone. push and chalengge them to push them to improve and be better forcing them improve, working on one goal to grow bussiness. the client should do outbound calling and follow the system from step by step
2. knowledge is nothing without the action applied to it

tools you can use

hire coactraining that helps your clients improve their bussiness, CSM, sales training, one one suplort, group coaching calls, client facebook community, online courses, follow up SOPs: action steos, calling scripts, voicenail scripts, testing scripts, email scripts, strict expeactions, bussines improvement eesources: trainings, scripts, etc

markerting is action commited to markert anf grow the bussiness

In practice it doesn't work, though. When I get them results on month 1, they want to sue me. They demand free extra services on month 1, not month 9. Honestly, client work is just not worth it.
