ОтветитьI had COVID that lasted a good 11 days. At first, I believed I was fine until I started to lose more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also due to the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing meditation, yoga everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall.

ОтветитьI get maybe only 1-2 stomach aches a year. How? I believe more than anything it's because I've eaten a pan of boiled lentils multiple days a week for years now. I believe my gut biome is fantastic because of lentils. I also never get constipation or anything else.

ОтветитьI have bulimia and today and we’ll the past five years I haven’t treated my gut well. Well I’m sick of being stuck and honestly ready to cleanse and get better. I’ve tried and failed many times but I find I start stressing because my gut just extends drastically and cramps majorly when I start eating “normally”. May I ask, how can I fix this? I have a therapist whose helping on the psychological side of things but psychologically what do you recommend. Obviously this is just a brief overview and I don’t expect miracles in one comment. But any advice would be maaajorky appreciated :)

ОтветитьI absolutely disagree. Fiber is not always good! I've just had a round of strong probiotics including lactobacillus strains that produce histamine. As a result I literally can't eat anything, because it gives me absurdly massive flatulence. If I had any fiber-rich food now I'm not sure it wouldn't give me an anaphylactic shock.
