In this snowboard video I want to teach you how to do a method grab. Method grabs are one of my favorite grabs to do, they're super fun, especially if you can really tweak them out. There are four parts to the method grab that all come together to make the snowboard grab happen. Grabbing your snowboard, bending your knees, your back hand coming forward and your back foot pushing out.
