Dude this is seriously frustrating! I play ESO and maybe get a few days where this doesn’t happen and bam happens over and over again. I’ve tried every possible fix. Nothing is making this go away and I’m getting kicked out of game at the start screen now. Can someone help me?

Does anyone know what how to fix my 2k because I had a ps4 with the ps4 version of 2k but I got a ps5 and now I can’t play 2k and it has a lock on there. When I press on the game it wants me to buy the ps5 version. I’m not gonna spend 70 bucks on 2k again pls help

I don't understand it for example Resident Evil village PS5 version doesn't work it comes up with an air code and I can either report it or not and no matter what i do nothing works But the ps4 version works on my ps5 so i can at least play it this is the 5th game this has happened with since 2020 most ps5 games have worked but i always have a sick feeling when buting ps5 games thinkng i may have this problem and if the game is not made on ps4 i have to play it on my Xbox series S Gotham Knights didn't work ps5 version on my ps5 so i played it on Xbox i even called Sony and they dont kniw why i have this problem i have looked for tons of vedio's like this one and nothing works honestly if they make a slim ps5 i am getting rid of this one and getting a New ps5 and just hope i never have this problem again.
