ОтветитьHonestly I think the benefits of at least sticking in a small group of 2-4 might be better than solo for multiple reasons. Even if there is less loot going in your inventory. But to keep it short I'll just say what I think is the most important one. Having a scape goat. In a small groups both enemy factions (be that military or SCP) won't be as focused on you as large groups (typically MTF or Chaos fireteams) since you pose less of a threat, and solo players are easier to track down and kill than multiple people who can shoot back, use items or simply run in different directions.
Keeping in the middle of your group means you get doors closed on you less, and aren't the first target of door camping SCPs. A PC can also only keep track of one pathway at a time as well. Splitting up once found will at least make it way harder for a single SCP to kill every member of your group, and can allow for you to spilt SCP or x-military faction attention from their other enemies allowing them to ambush them.
Sure you might be the unlucky S.O.B some times when you all run in alternative directions, but then it'd be like you were running alone and got spotted anyway.
Holding your keycard is used to sprint, because all the weight of a gun disappears as soon as you put your gun on your back.

One little thing about keycards tho, I think that the best way to upgrade them to max is to take a janitor/scientist to 1:1 and then on fine 2 times, one if you wanna escape without weapons and 2 if you wanna escape with an o5. this has 100% chance and it will not make you gambling for your life!
So many servers have a "don't shoot class D on sight" rule. Which sucks if you spawn as guard, cause you can get caught off guard really easier. Worst class in the game made even more pointless

ОтветитьThe one with the weapon isn't always true. Unless you carry a shotgun or Logicer, most weapons take out in 0,5 seconds anyways and adding to it the tip with stamina. Yeah sure, having a full stamina to escape is good. But you know what's better? Being not chased at all. And how to do it easily? Mostly by, constantly moving, wnich could mean running too (unless it's 939 wnich isn't special, then don't run). Movement in this game can mean even more than being ready. Seriously. Oh and also last tip number 8.
Please, don't sweat off if you not feeling like it. This game is just shitpost voice chat with game attached to it. You don't want to waste 2000 hours just to sweat them off and thinking you're better than others. Instead, try at least sometimes having fun in this game. Seriously.
I slightly disagree with tip #3. Gambling is fun, but you do run the risk of getting shafted multiple times in a row. Sometimes you can't get multiple keycards to gamble with, and other players will swipe your stuff or change the setting to anything but very fine just to fuck with you. If your goal is just to get out of Light, Head Researcher is more than enough. It gives you access to SCP lockers, 096's and 106's chambers to get the operative cards that are in there, and it lets you hit checkpoints. If you want to arm nuke, Facility Manager gets the job done. In fact the only reason to activate the generators in a lobby without a 079 is to get the Facility Manager card in there to open the nuke button on surface. This is assuming your goal is to escape, if you don't care about escaping, then gamble everything away and reap the variable amounts of success the game offers you.
ОтветитьIf you want a 05 card from a scientist you can go 1:1 which makes it a zone manager, and then fine which makes it a facility manager and fine again to make it an 05 skipping an entire upgrade cycle whit 100% odds if you where to just use fine. You can also just use the facility manager, It gives access to everything apart from guns meaning that whit 2 upgrades you can already escape and start detonating the nuke if you get to heavy whit out dying since most scp's would be in light by the time you go to heavy (if you don't accidentally bump into them)

ОтветитьA helpful one can be to simply be nice to other players, who knows, they might remember you did them a solid or favor and help you out when you need it. And it creates less enemies, grudges can be a dangerous thing and what goes around tends to come around back to you.
ОтветитьAs other people commented, guns slow you down by a small percentage based on their weight. Hand guns weight very little and are the exemption. While it's not normally a problem to get to a destination 5 seconds slower, it can be the diference between escaping Nuke or be swallowed by the blast. Adrenaline or a medkit are the best items to have at hand if speed is needed.

Ответитьabout the seventh tip. it is better not to hold anything in your hands, as your hands do not stick out from behind the walls, and your hitbox becomes smaller. also, when escaping, it is better to remove all things from your hands and shoot when you are at a distance with the scp. but to solve the latter situation, you can simply make presets with zero endurance consumption and zero slowing down the speed of movement

Don't put the zone manager card on Very Fine, it's a waste of time (50% chance nothing happens and 50% chance for the same result as putting it on fine)
also don't put neither captain, chaos or facility manager cards on very fine because half the time they'll just be destroyed while putting them on fine is a risk free 05

HOWEVER I HAVE TIPS. As a D-boy fucking run to PC-15 look on the desk and grab the card. U will mostly get a card. run down to 914 go in once. AND FUCK OFF. As security guard. RALLY UP, and live. Scientist. Hope on ur left nut u live. NTF use numbers and shoot shit. sgts and captains can live. Use flashlights in the pocket dimension. Chaos- Blitzkrieg. SCP-096 dont get cucked alone, use windowed doors to your advantage. scp-939 split people up. scp-049 use good sense doctor to get the fuck outta the way of an entire ntf spawn.
