I got it bcz if Covid

I have a scar in my lungs and bcuz of this i was unfit in GUMCA test which is mandatory for work in Oman... But this scar is not harmful to my body or health. Whoever is reading my comment pls give me suggestions on what to do... I lost my Job in Lockdown and now I am getting opportunities but bcuz of these medical issues I cannot Grab that....

I had covid symptoms in April 2020. I am still suffering with series of long covid symptoms. One of the long covid symptom is lung aching with shortness of breath, chest pain and fatigue. I went to several hospitals in London but no treatment provided. Google search results show that exercise for lungs can improve the well-being along side with recommended diet. This lung aching causes series of other health issues such as irregular heart beats, interrupted sleeping, dizziness, brain fog, tinnitus, tiredness and so on. I feel I may suddenly die anytime soon. Is there anything else I can do to feel better?!
