Hello Mrs. Fumiko, first of all thank you very much for your kindness and help towards the others. I’ve seen that you recommend to do this exercise 3-5 times a day with 3 sets each time but should a set be 30 seconds or more because I’ve seen a reply from you recommending to do 3-5 times a day for a total of 10-20 minutes.
Also how much should be the rest time between sets if it matters?

Hi Fumiko, is there any exercise that can be done to fill in just one cheek? I had some weight loss a couple of years back and it caused one cheek to hollow out more than the other.

Anjelica is beautiful. She doesn't wear wigs like Mrs urban. And Anj can actually show expressions. To be in her mid fifties and be skinny it's not natural to have a puffy face. It's called Botox. Thanks for the video exercise 🌹

ОтветитьMam , I'm just 19 .. I have hollow cheeks when I went under weightloss. Now I gained my weight back . But I don't have chubby cheeks anymore . My face shape looks like peanut. I have protuding cheek bones . I want to gain the cheek fat , but when I tried exercises. It seems to loose more weight . Now I have apple cheeks , which makes my face more awkward. Can you please recommend exercises to increase fat between lips and jawline area. To be more honest, how wonyoung has . Please mam , I am completely insecure because of this face shape .

ОтветитьOkay, this exercise stunned me. I've been doing various face exercises for cheeks for the past six months with little improvement. I added this one to the mix and after two weeks saw a good amount of improvement. I dropped most of what I've been doing to rely on just this one the most and still see my mid cheek lines soften considerably. I don't expect to look 20 again but at 37, it feels like I've reversed the clock a couple of years. I'm six weeks in doing it consistently, but I think I will do this for the rest of my life. This is what I've been looking for. Thank you for helping me stave off fillers, Fumiko!
I do this one twice in the morning, twice at work during bathroom breaks, and twice at night everyday. I do maybe 2 other cheek exercises and still do the massage to soothe the burning in my face from the exercises.
