The thing to keep in mind about the Adam & Eve story (assuming that it was indeed a true account of what happened) is that the original human pair was still much closer to its original "perfected" state than any of the subsequent generations of their progeny -- as such, they would've been far less susceptible to things such as diseases, genetic defects, etc., as further implied in the report that at least one of the pair had lived for nearly a full Millennium prior to finally expiring... which makes perfect sense if, according to the lore, the first human pair had initially been designed with the intention of LIVING "FOREVER" in perfect health. But with each subsequent generation beyond the point of "perfection," the more they would fall victim to life-shortening and life-altering deficiencies -- which can be likened to taking an original document and photocopying a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of that original "pristine" document.

the book of genesis Cain after killing his bro became a wanderer and got married to some random lady and
had kids the place where he lived is called the land of Cannan. A&E where just the first set or representatives.
