ОтветитьI was starting to get close to a decent total, was somewhere around 250ish but after a deployment and a medical problem, I haven't weightlifted for about 4-5 years. I gained some weight, but it's coming off and I'm doing some bodybuilding during this cut. I'm really excited to try your program at the start of the new year as I come back to the sport.

ОтветитьI've been trying to learn weightlifting for quite some time now and my right shoulder gets messed up from a session of snatches to the point that I can't do shoulder exercises for a week or snatches for two weeks. No one seems to be able to help diagnose the problem and I have tried all stability exercises I can find. This isn't even fun anymore

Im into watching oly lifting and only did one session of it where i did 30kgs on both lifts just to try and learn form. But i am very scared to go heavier because those missed snatches just look like the shoulder would pop out of its socket.
