thanks! have to find a work around for mac, and used some commands in the terminal. but it eventually worked out.

first it was saying "this project was saved in a NEWER version of adobe premiere pro and cannot be opened in this version" and after doing this its saying " this project was saved in an EARLIER version of adobe premiere pro and can no longer be read". I just cant win

I have done everything you have said and i got a window saying 'The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements', was wondering if anybody else got this message? Im trying to convert what could be a 2022 version prproj file so I can use it on a 2020 version.
