How To Transcribe YouTube Videos Automatically (auto generate subtitles and closed captions)

What if the video I liked does not have any CC or transcripe button??

How to do this on Android please?

This worked for me on my first video. However, not for my second video. I have "always show captions" and "include auto-generated captions (when available)" on. I have also made sure everything is as per the video in the details section of my video. What can I do? I have made the video and uploaded it myself.

I never see that Automatic in my drop down. Am I doing something wrong? My latest video I'm having to go through and type and time my own subtitles.
