I’m here in the year of 2024, still waiting, still hoping for Season 4.

I’m a big fan of Mads Mikkelsen. But stopped watching this series as it’s another woke ones. Race and gender swapping as usual. Jack Crawford became black, Freddie Lounds became a strong independent woman, there’s an Asian woman now. I lost the apetite as I don’t want to see some more wokeness. Tired of it.

I had trouble figuring out Hannibal after I watched this television series, and the movies, and reading of Thomas Harris’s books. Recently I watched a movie called “Mind Cage,” and it cleared up a few things for me. Going back to the television series, I realized that for Hannibal everything is about aesthetics and the beauty of art. So a human life fades in comparison to art. Art for Hannibal is so much more important. The art of French cuisine and the art of displaying a human body for others to see. It is an issue of aesthetic values for Hannibal; the taking of a human life is of low value for him, whereas cuisine and the display of a body is of very high aesthetic value for Hannibal.

It’s the worst series I seen, so all that surround him were in one way or another his accomplices and they all knew about who was doing the kllllngs and help him escape plenty times and they all can keep working as agents and psychologist, the lady psychologist helped her woman lover unalive her brother and she still a psychologist, they help one way or another and they can have a happy ever after. Hannibal wasn’t smart how they made him seem all the information was given to him by the same dumb agents, he knew EVERYTHING. So some may say well he was such a good psychologist he used him as his puppets NOPE he dr!ged them!! People give him too much credit. Yes he was a great manipulator but a genius? NOPE!
I only seen the movies and by watching the movie in one way you feel remorse for Will because we don’t know the back story, you get happy knowing he has a family but after watching the series he didn’t deserve it!’ He and Hannibal as one did a lot of harm. Even after his rehabilitation and “clear mind” he still saved a SK! I get why they wait they were a couple.

This is such an effective trailer, I love it.

Don't waste your time. The first half of season one was okay. This is a show that started good and keeps you interested for maybe 7 episodes, but then get very dull and repetitive and did not know how to progress the story. They spend too much time focusing on one character's (not Hannibal's) mental health issue and delve into supernatural bullcrap and kept dragging it on. I lost interest.

Great series. I am halfway through season two but so far I think it is all centered far too much around Mr. Graham, his countless freakout episodes, ( and bizarre justification for not taking him out as a FBI consultant far earlier because of all this) and not being centered more around Mr. Hannibal and his exploits. Rest In Peace gorgeous well, raven haired lady.

There is a line between TV series and art. This show is fine art. It's a 10/10 from start to finish, and I have never had that experience with any other series. It's criminal this only has 3 seasons

All the awful rubbish out there and they close on 3 seasons .......a truly remarkable series. Mads is amazing as Lector and strangely likeable despite his ahem...tastes...

Started watching Hannibal and the fact that the criminal is known from episode 1 puts off the suspense.

It's 1:38AM and I felt the need to watch this show for the first time. Here goes nothing.

The most beautiful love story.

It’s not a bad show apart from the drawn out boring dream sequences (time wasters) and far out it’s hard to watch also from the terrible music. The jarring loud music and stupid drums constantly playing all the way through is awful. Whoever did the music for this it really was a shocker. How anyone thought the music in this added to the series and thought it was good is beyond me. It really did ruin the show, it’s a shame.

So all the girls dead were supposed to have the same eye color as the killers daughter . But all the dead girls had black eyes and the daughter had blue eyes.
Also, both the nosy reporter and dr Bloom the psychologist shared the same black purse in the show.
Maybe be a bit more serious in all these little details next time.

is it me or is there in the background audio the odd sounds of beeps from a microwave, or end beep cycle of a washing machine, it was annoying because i had a 6 min meal in microwave, and watching this series an inner almost ping of a microwave i did hear, and there was 3 mins left to go on my microwave meal

The show is shtty, acting is terrible (maybe with the exception of the lead character), the noises are distracting. But it "predicted" ruining my face with scars without anesthesia, my vocal chord issues and the surgery - which was almost performed through my stomach instead of laparoscopy, a new doctor changed the planned method right before the surgery and my doctor looked really disappointed, I can't erase my memory of his confused face - years before all this happened. It's frightening to think about all these doctors took inspiration from Hannibal Lecter, a sadistic psychopath, and had no problem with reenacting a horror movie in their practice. They are not fictional psychopaths, they are real, breathing, practicing doctors. What do they deserve? How many people did know about it and did nothing? What are they?
My life was turned into Will Graham's life and by all indications I've got several pathologically obsessed psychopathic stalkers in my life. And the brainwashed, blindfolded sheeps are rooting for them although this very show has explained to them what's the difference between a psychopath who chooses to hurt and their victim, a traumatised person who doesn't, who's reacting not acting and showed them how psychos turn the pawns against each other. And it was ten years ago. All this was explained to them ten years ago. And no one has listened. Anyone who's manipulating someone to persuade them to kill someone doesn't belong anywhere but jail. They are criminals. It's time for people to open their eyes and bring these psychopaths to justice. My eyes are open now. I know what they are. You will not get away with it.

Mads Mikkelsens performance in this series was impeccable.
