almost same as my recipe... i leave for 2-3 months before straining and use dried mint

can I substitute the black jamaican castor oil with just the jamaican castor oil

30ml each of black Cummin seeds (blend), fenugreek seeds and rosemary leaves, add 50ml olive oil, 50ml Jamaican black castor oil and 12 drops of peppermint essential oil. Leave in the dark for 3 days then strain with a weave cap. Pour in a bottle and use.
