RTX 4070 vs GTX 1080 in 10 games + DaVinci Resolve Test | 1440p | R7 7700

The games you've added is very questionable

DaVinci slower on the RTX4070? This card is a real joke.

Important points and PROBLEMS...
1) GPU Usage (and frequency), to oversimplify, tell you how much of a CPU BOTTLENECK you have. So in GTA V when the GPU shows "70%" that means it's FPS could be roughly 40% higher (or you could increase the resolution). If you have a WEAKER CPU than an R7-7700 you need to know this. (for FREQUENCY it rarely matter but for some games you may see the Frequency really low. For example, if the GPU usage is 60% but the frequency is 1/3rd of what the GPU can actually hit then your actualy GPU usage is 20% of its capability)
2) JC2 seems to be CPU bottlenecked IMO which is why the RTX4070 barely outperforms the GTX1080.
3) Having said that, the Wolfenstein Youngblood results make NO SENSE to me. The GPU usage is high on BOTH suggesting the CPU is not a bottleneck. Yet the RTX4070 is only about 30% faster?
4) AOE2 is getting about the SAME FPS and both GPU's are not fully taxed. So a CPU bottleneck. But then why does the more powerful RTX4070 have a much higher GPU usage? And how does the final benchmark score (1341.4) get to be EXACTLY the same when the FPS wasn't exactly the same in the game?
5) CIV6 performs better with the GTX1080? It runs at 74% of the speed? (lower is better). I know CIV6 can be limited by the performance of one CPU core but GPU usage is high for both. Even if the CPU was the bottleneck at all times you'd then expect the scores to be nearly IDENTICAL.

(not saying results are wrong. Just that I don't understand some of them.)
