Most of the girls you see well dressed is typicall in Russia, however a couple of them are out to get the big fish of the streets. Yet, there are only a couple decent men among them even with all his cars and money, doesn't mean they will give the girl the love and stability she seeks from him. Nothing different from western countries, only that these women are more traditionnal like minded than our women who lost feminity but yet still want to get the big part of the cake and the cherry on top of it.

Reminds me of my east European home country: all east european countries are similar: Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, etc.
While women really look after themselves, in these countries, the problem is that, as a man, it is almost imposible to break through to engaging with any of these women in any way. This is not a personal experience (since I'm well above average anyway), but an experience of observation as I grew up.
Even on this street, you can see that most women hang out with other close women friends, and men with other men. Very little engagement with each other. Women won't even look at you if you don't, at least, drive one of those fancy cars you see on the street. Basically, as a man (and as a woman, by consequence), your life is very lonely and isolated.
Also, this is a rich spot, with afluent people and venues. But this is not representative, at all, of the rest of the city.

Society as a whole is fairly safe, you won't be fearful that a random stranger will attack you out of the blue (like in the west). But there is a mafia and organised crime problem (in the east). You can end up in real trouble if you mess up with the wrong men or women (if you try to approach many of those women unsolicited), and, basically, your life revolves around other powerful people, you trying "to make it in life" by connecting or bringing your service to these more powerful and affluent people. Without these connections, you are born poor and die poor, like 90% of the population.

That doesn't mean that the western culture is any better. The western culture is also broken in its own unique and different ways. Don't even get me started.

What I'm saying is that, basically, you just have to chose your poison: east or west. I got to live both in the east and west. Nowhere is perfect.
