worlds biggest bath 😂
ОтветитьI always come to this video when I’m having a panic attack. listening to the bath sounds reminds me of my childhood when my mom would take a bath and I would here the tub filling up while I was still in bed. The sounds comfort me and reading the comments also help me when I’m having anxiety. so thank you for uploading, and creating a safe space for all.
ОтветитьIf you read this, please reply with your most spine-chilling memories you've had with baths, let's make these comment sections even cosier!!!!
ОтветитьI love the sounds of a shower, bath, and hot tub👍👍👍
ОтветитьJust use to lay on the floor of the bathroom and almost fall asleep. Warm water has a different sound to cold water running. Sounds like warm water...
ОтветитьOutside my house there's a lot of trucks and cars going by at night and I'm not able to sleep and stay asleep , but the sounds help me go to sleep, and they stay asleep all night. I just put it on loop and listen to it all night and got a great nights sleep. Thank you for this video.
ОтветитьThis helps me so much when I'm sick, I love taking baths it's soothing and takes my mind off any discomfort I'm feeling but when I fill up Mt tub and that sound stops I have nothing to focus on till I play this and it's amazing how much this sound helps me at least. Thank you for this video
ОтветитьWhen I was younger I would lay on the bathmat next to the bath, wrap myself in a towel, feeling the resonant sounds through the sides of the bath as well as the running water sounds which give me goosebumps to this day. I still enjoy this feeling more than anything else. It gives me a sense of nostalgic comfort, a full body tingling sensation that allows me to sleep, however I am feeling. I still listen to the sounds of water to relax, meditate and sleep. It is always able to take me to a safe place, a previous home, a memory with my Mum, the company of a pet, or just laying next to that bathtub for what felt like forever.
I still lay on my bathroom mat, listening to my bath fill, putting the faucet on slow so the sounds will last as long as possible and I can drift away.
I hope you find solice in reading my story as much as I have in reading yours ❤
awesome
ОтветитьI have the most wonderful memories of a childhood finding a safe place and bliss laying next to the bathtub. In the evening I would eagerly make my way to the bathroom, close and lock the door. Just imagining what I was about to do in and of itself gave me such joy. I would turn the water on to set the mood and then get my bath towels out and start preparing my nest. It was a ritual for me. I didn’t imagine anything other than creating a soft place to land. Once I had everything ready, I turned the water down low so I could savor the sound as long as possible. As the trickling, splashing sounds began, I crawled on to my safe place and covered myself with the soft warm towel as my head fell on the pillow. I was as close to the tub as I could get. The tub was like a best friend who would hug and comfort me and never judge me for being so weird in what I was doing. I say “weird” with humor and self-respect. Immediately I felt the tingles as I focused in on the sound of the water. I had the biggest smile on my face. My place. All mine. Safe. No worries or cares. Then, after a while as the water rose, I’d start feeling the occasional little splashes or drops come over the tub and hit my face or exposed arm. More tingles. I’d think how lucky am I that I get to experience this. No one can take this from me. Sometimes I would drift off for a bit. If not, I was at least in a good meditative state. After the tub was getting full, sometimes I would reach over the side and run my hand through the warm water or slowly slide into the water feeling the luxurious warmth surround my body. Tingles. I would then scoot up close to the faucet, knees to chest and put my hands under the running water. Watch and feel it run over my hands thinking there is no better feeling in the world. More tingles. I never wanted to leave. I didn’t want to give up this sacred space. But, I always knew it would be waiting for me when I needed it and that gave me great satisfaction. I would eventually climb out, dry myself off with the soft towels and go climb into bed immediately luxuriating in the warmth and softness of the sheets and blanket. My fears and worries were set aside for a little while so I could sleep. Closing my eyes, I had wonderful thoughts of my next visit to the bathtub.
ОтветитьMy bedroom as a kid was opposite the bathroom door on the landing. Whenever someone took a bath I would go and lay down on the landing carpet outside the door and feel the warmth of the pipes through the floor as I lay there. Listening to the sound of the bath filling and wishing the sound to never end. Chills on my body but the warmth from the carpet heated by the water pipes. I never forget those times and it still stay with me today.
Ответить1 million people “We need this”
ОтветитьThis reminds me of when I was younger, my mom and sister would always take baths and my room was against the bathroom. I would fall fast asleep so quick. It’s amazing how sounds bring the memories back
ОтветитьW
ОтветитьYawning 🥱 nighty night
ОтветитьLet’s get this to a million, I’ve listened every night for about 4 years so I’ve played my part 😂
Ответитьreminds me of when i used to put a fresh towl on top of my baby so i didn't have to hear it screaming
Ответитьthis is singlehandedly the only reason i have the only good sleep schedule in the friend group
ОтветитьThis saves me while I’m hungover
ОтветитьHelped my newborn to stop screaming and go to sleep! I have saved this video!! THANK YOU
ОтветитьI was considering building a setup to recirculate the water in the bath so I didn’t have to keep refilling it just to hear the sound. It’s the only thing in life that can immediately relax me and bring me back to when I was a kid. No quite the real thing but about as close as you can get from a recording.
ОтветитьSince everyone is telling their stories I’ll tell mine. The master bedroom of my childhood home had a huge bathroom attached. There was a big main part with a bath, shower and sink, and then there was a smaller room with a toilet, and my parents’ closet was actually in the bathroom as well. I’ve always had bad anxiety, and for some reason, the bath running always helped. I would sometimes just lay in the closet when the bath water was running and it would make me feel so warm and safe and relaxed. That’s the feeling I get when I watch these videos. So comforted and at ease.
ОтветитьThank you so much this video puts my daughter from screaming to cooing instantly this has helped me not go insane
ОтветитьThank you so much for this my baby brother cries in the car sometimes so we use this to calm him down
ОтветитьWorks so good to get my baby to sleep
ОтветитьReminds me of my first home, my bedroom wall was right next to the bathroom and everytime a bath would run, that would be me having a nap or fast to sleep. Worked everytime.
Listen to this every night with out fail
My newborn stops crying the second he hears this
Ответитьhow bigs this bath
ОтветитьThe amount of times this video has put me to bed the past few years is amazing. Thank you for the upload 😊
ОтветитьWhenever a bath was run I'd lay down a towel next to the tub, fold another towel as a pillow, then lay down and cover myself with a third towel, pretend I was in a cave, all safe and sound, press my ear up against the bath, while blocking my other ear off, and feel the sound of the running water reverberate through my body, sometimes peak through the small patch of light near my feet, like the entrance to a cave far away, sometimes rest my arm out on the cold tiles on the floor or the side of the bath, I await the one who has done the same...
ОтветитьI I'm so sorry for you
