I have been battling with the same issue for about three weeks when I contacted the customer support multiple times, but no respond, I try what is mention in this video still nothing was working and it so Frustrating but at the end I was refer to KYSHATECH a genius who help me get it back

Why do you make it so difficult to access live chat? I am old & don't know all the things about a computer so following instructions is mostly impossible for me to do. I don't understand the voice talking to me & I don't know what all the things that I have to do in order to reach life chat. I am completely lost & have been trying to find help but can't see to find anything that addresses my issue. I have left comments everywhere I could, hoping that someone would see & understand my problem & have someone help me. As I see it right now, support is impossible. Customer service sucks. Guys, I typed "Please let me talk to human" to the bot support chat then an agent join my chat.

I clicked on the wrong item and FB wants me to "secure" meaning "further screw up" my account. No way to assess live chat or any help without "securing" which could be a hack.
