I may realize what I hear ain't directed at me personally. But I can suspend my disbelief and imagine that it is. And listening to this video did tear me up.
Even though I have friends that I supposedly could turn to, I always been hindered to do so because of some sort of inner shame for feeling what I'm feeling.
