ОтветитьJust wanted to add that after the first two rounds one of my heels was bothering me a little, so finished the last round on a Arc Trainer. Worked out great and just another option is to switch machines if the intensity of the running causes any concerns... great workout!

ОтветитьLove it, do this 3x a week and I lost 40 pounds in 6 months along with healthy keto intermediate fasting. Down to OMD and I have never been this healthy. My asthma gone have not use inhaler in a year. My neck arthritis is gone, joint pain gone. This is nothing but the perfect workout for me. Thanks!

This was brutal but I pushed through. I really thought I was gonna pass out. Fastest pace was at 13% at 1% incline.💪🏾🥵👍🏾

ОтветитьQuestion...I'm currently running 5 miles a session at a slow 11 minutes per mile. Are you suggesting that this process, at maybe 7.5 to 8 - for 45/30/15 second intervals with the 90 second breaks over 15 rotations (so 7.5 minutes of running total?) will burn more fat than say running 3 miles in 33 minutes or 4 miles in 44 minutes?
Seems insane but it would be fantastic! I'll give it a 2 week test run. Thanks!
