They hotfixed the Phoenix Binding bracers and they are available now. Do you think those are better than the greens you have here?

wouldn't phoenix bindings be better than some fiery wrath bracers?

What I can't seem to google is: which one is better? Which one will net more damage, and help out the most by doing that.

Is +10 shadow res to be considered for cloak enchant? Considering the two "harder" bosses Kelris and Aku'mai do a fair bit of shadow damage.
