That's a really hard way of plastering a wall I'm a plasterer and the amount of stuff they're throwing on the floor and then splatter coating it and rolling it off just looks like a really hard way of doing it

I am learning. How much time would you have to complete the job before the plaster on the wall gets too dry? I guess it depends on the humidity and temperature. I would not have a good result if I started a section one day and attempted to complete it the next day?
