I cut a ring off of my mothers hand and also appreciated her trust in me to not hurt but help!

I would have that cutt in 5 to 10 min max. Smaller cutter used in electronics with the tools you use in electronics as well.

Small wire cutters used for PCBs would have made quick work of this.

This idiot kept licking his lip while the doctor was trying to work on him, then at the end he touched the open wound with his nasty germy hands. And the doctor didn’t even stop him! Um, hello, INFECTION! What the heck is wrong with people?

Send him to Home Depot. They've got all kinds of tools there.

All the doc had to do was slide the pliers between the lip and ring then sniped the ring and it would have came out alot easier and he wouldn't have had to twist that guys lip all up ouch
