I used whilst recuperating from sickness and wanted to gently get back InTo health found the whole video relaxing and felt the fresh air of the surroundings. You have coupled it well to the music sett and gentle but with rhythms. Although I can’t run cause of mobility issue I can gently cycle and this was just the ticket Well done on the professional production

I appreciate these walks/runs, but I am finding that many play music to the walks/runs.
I'd rather enjoy the natural sounds, though it may be minimal, and yes, I know that wind may play a role, however I'm sure that if subscribers or newbies want to hear music during the walks/runs they'll put their own earbuds in.
Just a suggestion.

Love your videos. I'm in interior Alaska and Winter has truly set in. Your videos really help keep an interest on the treadmill. I will say that I prefer those with the telemetry overlay. I try to mimic slopes with incline on treadmill.

Love this. The other one at low tide (where someone has 2 horses out on the beach) was awesome. But I was wanting to see what was further upthe road...this video I hot to see further up the road ♡. 😁. And in a couple videos (this one onckuded), MAN, do you guys have BIG birds there!! They look way bigger than our bald eagles and great blue herons!! Great videos. Thank-you so much. Subscriber and supporter.

i keep meaning to log in so i can tell you that this is my ultimate favorite. i love when you get to the end of the road and the "friendly" dogs. i appreciate that i can see your shadow sneeze and/or cough into your elbow at one point. very polite! and when you wave at that dude towards the end of the run, sometimes, i wave at him, too. hehe. are those seals or otters frolicking in the water near the red barn looking building? we've had a real winter here this year, which is good as far as hopefully dodging fires this summer, so i have hardly run outside at all, which is crazy, as i told you in a previous comment, because i live in astoundingly gorgeous boulder, colorado. i came here from chicago, so trust me, i appreciate it. anyway, once again, showing appreciation for your videos! do you meditate? when i run outside, i meditate at the halfway point in a canyon, on a rock, next to a river! anyway, off to the treadmill i go, as it snowed again. :)

Now that we've lost daylight here in the US, your videos are the only thing keeping me sane while I'm confined to my post-work 4mi+ treadmill walks at home until I can get back out into the woods again on the weekend.
