my toxic trait is that i gaslight myself into thinking i could do this first try. ( i cant do the splits or a handstand)

I learnt on my nans couch. I put my hands on the back of the couch where you sit then i push my legs up and then i lift my feet and back off the couch/wall.

That helped me so much because I don’t want to have to do a gymnastics class or something like that so I learn by myself and I was struggling with handstands and this helped me SOOOOOOOOOO much

I tried this and at the wall i fell and hit my knees in the wall

Anna the problem is i putted a pillow when i was going to put my legs on the wall and i tried it the problem was i keep putting my head on the pillow so I’m asking if you can do a tutorial for :)
