Hi Bro, I just wanna say thank you soooo much for giving us this info. For these past few days I’ve been trying to solve this problem. I had to reinstall & back-up and all possible suggestions from apple support. Thank god I found your video! It 💯 worked!!

Add on : when ever we country region change, and later we reset all settings / restore/ backup. the location setting wont be reset. so need to manually..
this i sthe clear case of mine discussed with apple support even after it resolved to find the cause..
so i suggest when ever we du country region change from media purchases, then surely reset setting of location and privacy.
