The Horton Mine: Encountering a Ghost in a Haunted, Abandoned Mine (Summer 2013)

Normal breathing during the video when he pans to the exit. You then see a video transition with the camera still pointed at the exit, but he is breathing hard. Notice several slightly swinging chains this side of the swinging chain. As he ran back to the camera position, he slightly bumped a few of the other chains.

This is what I think is happening.
There is an entity inside the mine that doesn't want visitors. The swinging chain is a warning to not go further unless you wanna get smacked by a 80 pound chain.

Bruh they were 3 chains moving someone or something was getting closer but as soon you moved the flas light it ran. U can that chain closer to u moving also

it looks like the chain is situated beneath a hole of some description .Maybe from somewhere above there is a downdraught which is why the other chains close to it are also moving albeit not so much or hardly at all .

I once commented 4 years ago how the entrance looks like a gaping bumhole, I see why I wrote that. Indeed a cool video and something strange going on in that cavity.

Of course spirits are real so is heaven hell and God. I mean why else would country's spread 1000 s miles apart never seen one another probative and more modern society all have in common heaven hell and spirits.

I worked in the worlds largest open pit mine. 130 years old. Towns were buried under wates rock. Never hear or seen anything.

I honestly wonder if someone died beyond that chain further into the mine and they are warning you.

It wasn't that the chain was swinging that scared me, it was the fact it started to slow down

Not saying whether this is real or fake, but one detail that you can either take as evidence it's real or as a cool detail they included to make it feel more real is how the chain slowly began to naturally slowdown after he audibly said that he was gonna leave

The swinging chain was caused by a bat. The bat was just hanging on the chain, or right beside it, and then he heard the guy walking in, and just flew away.

... But the bat was not fast enough and a demon from another dimension reached in through an evil transdimensional portal, grabbed the bat and ate it, accidentally bumping into the chain with his horns.

In divination, when reading the swing of a pendulum, left to right typically indicates "no". That was a considerable warning and I believe you were wise to follow your instinct.

Mechanical pendulum clocks can keep a pendulum moving over a very long time using a tiny force, maybe air currents or shifts in the rock could have got it moving in just the right way.
Another possibility, since it doesn't seem to hinge right at the ceiling, that a rock somewhere further up fell into it and started it moving.

I believe the video is authentic and not staged but that there is a reasonable scientific explanation.
