How to Cast Android Screen to the Xiaomi Mi LED TV P1 - Clone Android Smartphone Screen on the TV

I don't have cast icon in my phone

I don't know why but my phone doesn't see the tv in the cast option. I have a xiaomi poco f3 phone. It sees it when it comes to Bluetooth pairing but it can't cast at all. Not even google hope or mi home apps work. I have a xiaomi mi tv stick and the OS is identical almost

what about 60fps connection? is that even possible? in the video u have like 5-10 fps or something
