You say that the GunVault's SpeedVault can accommodate the Glock 17. Would know know whether that would work if the Pistol has the Trijicon RMR installed. The Vaultek slider series, according to my observation, by using the template the company offers as a guide, is a bit too small to accommodate the Glock. I am interested in this safe, but I don't want to have to return it. Do you know whether the company offers a template online as Vaultek does?

You guys should reference the Handgun Safe Research channel, and BosnianBill. All of these save the 2021 update of the Fort Knox can be bypassed by minimal brute force.

No matter what pistol safe is advertised, someone will always have an issue with it. I feel anything other than the biometrics will be suffice

Personally I would go for the stealth shadow vault sv1 or something more mechanical like the Brute vline or fort Knox.

This whole thing seems like a bad idea. A safe is for a gun you aren’t using. My bedside protection stays in the beside table next to me. Not in a safe. I’m in the fight in the amount of time it takes to open the drawer and get sights on target.

Fort Knox is the best. Really tough box. Heavy, heavy duty, and reliable.
