The longest I've ever waited for food was at an Indian place. It was a new spot and they didn't have their shit together yet. It took an hour to get water on the table. The food was some of the best Indian I've had.

Man, the American version is so played out; overly dramatic music, constant cursing, yelling, and just most of the cast being obnoxious. This version seems genuine.

What I adore about Chef Ramsay is when he goes into these places to help turn them around, he uses “WE” to refer to the restaurant.

when i go to a restaurant...im there to eat...not to think and play legos with food to hope what i ordered tastes good.

I am a chef and the only thing that makes me angry is when we are a fing BurgerKing and serve food your way and move away from the menu. I can handle, understand, small changes or serving a dish on 2 plates for people to share, but if you go to a restaurant stop ordering your way, it just complicates everything.
