That's a lot of pesto! LOL. But, where better to eat it than Genoa? You can't get more authentic than that! Everything you ate looked yummy, of course. The semifreddo interested me most because I've never had it. I've also never seen it served in a cone; I've only ever seen it as a plated dessert.
