For cloth, I wonder when to use rigging and when to just add a collision modifier.

When my character shakes it's hip, it will cause the clothes to rotate in reverse direction

I knew there had to be an easier way to animate cloth, lol. I've mainly used Maya, and I'll be switching to blender soon to get more practice animating in there

Ive been animating and learning as I go with various YT videos but feel I could benefit from something more formal.
