ULTIMATE Ranger Knight Build Guide for Baldur's Gate 3

i've been thinking i want to try a shillelaugh build, thinking about going 5 nature cleric/7 ranger, i'd pick the same ranger stuff you did in this video as nature cleric doesn't naturally get heavy armor, and keep strength at 10 while going max willpower. pick defence fighting style at lvl 2 for the free ac, and go mace in main hand for shillelaugh, with a shield in the off hand. heavy armor. so t1 would be activating shillelaugh and spirit guardians then run into melee range to start boinking the enemy at t2. you get double attack from ranger to boink twice. enemies are in spirit guardian range due to me being a melee fighter and i still have high willpower to cast spells otherwise. picked ranger over fighter for the half caster spell slot math. could this work?

I don't get what's the point of this multiclass path. War domain already gives heavy armor proficiency and you pretty much are going to be using only your cleric skills and such. Those other 5 levels could go to fighter and be much more useful with action surge.

Spartacus! I know you typically play on explorer mode with auto block on but will this build work for tactician?
