I love these types of puzzles. I didn't print it, but think I solved it while watching the video.

The trick here is to override the normal human tendency of trying to align things so that a full edge gets covered. Try offset alignments.

Solved it in about 3 minutes in the slicer while arranging it for printing :)

They are already in the corect orientation when placed in the slicer, so no need to rotate only shift.

Fun puzzle!

I got the answer in about 15 minutes of trying. I did not start a stop watch, but I took approximate time with a clock.
